Prices

The Cottage is priced reasonably for its central location and size of home. The house is priced at 6 guests and bookings for up to 12 is $60 pp/pn extra.

The house can sleep up to 9 adults comfortably, the extra beds are a single top bunk bed & single futon lounge for the full 11 guests, it’s up to you if 11 adults would want to stay in those extra beds.

MONDAY - THURSDAY $300 p/n

FRIDAY & SATURDAY $500 p/n

SUNDAY $400 p/n

LOW SEASON (JAN - FEB)

MONDAY -THURSDAY $250 p/n

FRIDAY & SATURDAY $400 p/n

SUNDAY $300 p/n

CLEANING charge is $220, this includes linen and towels for each guest.

Public Holidays & Long Weekends are a minimum of 3 nights and will priced at weekend prices for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Christmas, New Years and long weekends are priced differently.

Booking privately will decrease the price of your stay, as you won’t be charged service fees through holiday platforms.
