CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Within 14 days of booking, if the guest cancels, 50% is non-refundable. We are flexible depending on circumstances and can offer you a full refund if the cancelled booking is then rebooked by another group.
